As I soon hope to celebrate my 83rd birthday, l am also on the danger list, plus the fact that I have a heart condition and am already 25 years on blood pressure medicines. I thank God for his Presence in the midst of this all. l sleep well. When l go to bed at night,  I am also grateful that there is no fear for dying. It is so marvellous to know who is there at the Ultimate moment, when God judges “the living and the dead”. Jesus tells us that He is ”the Resurrection and the life, the one who believes in me will live even though they die” (John 11:25). I am also grateful that we can bless and see the results of it.  Proverbs 18:21 says: “The tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit.” For us there is a choice: will we focus on death or on life? So pray with me that God’s will be done in our lives. There is a wonderful future waiting for us. “Thank you Jesus, that you prepared a place for us.”. There is still much work to do though. 

Thank you for the prayer requests you send in. I enjoy now the silence again, after a German missionary/ journalist visited me from 15-31st of March. She worked with me on a follow-up on from ”From Shame and Peace”. As her foster-father is now dying, (he is in his 90ties), she returned to be with him.
